Hello, I am working on a local site (WP 2.8), and I setup the to have page as the default, and another page to be the blog area.

When I navigate to the blog the title tag is incorrect. It has a malformed HTML tag "&raquo," because the ";" is missing from line 62 in the semantic-classes.php.

This is not all. The title is still inaccurate. It reads ">>Page Title(no space)Blog Name - Blog description"

Any help on the second issue would be appreciated. And hopefully you can add the patch to the next release.

    Thanks

    Daniel
